Whenever I’m feeling unhappy about certain aspects of my life my mother’s advice to me is always, be happy you have two healthy kids.

Each day I wake up feeling positive, I strive to live in the moment and appreciate and enjoy engaging my senses, waking up to my smiling children’s cuddles and giggles while they eat their breakfast, the smell of fresh toast and coffee wafting through the house.

Don’t let your past cloud your now or fear freeze your future, being happy is a choice based on attitude, gratitude, compassion, truth and personal growth.
